Just in time for BGSJAM 4! P.J. and John are presenting Unity Game Engine Crash Course - build your own FPS in 2 hours. The workshop will get you up and running with the latest version of Unity 5. This is a beginner level workshop and it will cover basics of Unity interface and workflow, materials, lights, terrain, vegetation, and FPS script object.Requirements:

**P.J. Moskal** is an artist and professor at the Digital Media Arts program at Canisius College where he teaches courses in interaction design, 3d modeling and animation, and game design.John Futscher is an independent game developer with a decade of professional experience in programming and leadership. He has been using Unity for years for both small and large scale projects with responsibilities including gameplay, UI, 3D physics, networking, and tool creation.
